🌈 What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Level 4 HLTA, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning across the school 📚
  • Deliver lessons groups ✏️
  • Cover classes when required, following lesson plans confidently 🧠
  • Work closely with teachers and the wider school team 🤝
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment 🌈

🌟 We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification 🎓
  • Have experience working in a school setting 🏫
  • Are confident, proactive, and great with children 😊
