- Is passionate about delivering excellent interventions and support through teaching and learning.
- Has high expectations of both themselves and their pupils.
- Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
- Can inspire, motivate and challenge children of all abilities.
- Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Is proactive, organised and committed to continuous professional development.
- Wants to contribute positively to a vibrant and supportive school community.
