What We Are Looking For:  We are seeking a HLTA who:

  • Is passionate about delivering excellent interventions and support through teaching and learning.
  • Has high expectations of both themselves and their pupils.
  • Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
  • Can inspire, motivate and challenge children of all abilities.
  • Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Is proactive, organised and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Wants to contribute positively to a vibrant and supportive school community.
