Founded in 1948 by Charles and Muriel Oxley, the school has a proud tradition of academic excellence, strong values, and a warm, family-oriented ethos. Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA – Level 4) looking for your next role in a supportive and welcoming school? We’d love to hear from you! 💛
This role is perfect for a qualified Level 4 HLTA who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and thrives in a busy, school-based environment 🌟 It’s ideal for someone confident, caring, and organised who enjoys making a real difference every day 📚💛

🌈 What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Level 4 HLTA, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning across the school 📚
  • Deliver lessons groups ✏️
  • Cover classes when required, following lesson plans confidently 🧠
  • Work closely with teachers and the wider school team 🤝
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment 🌈

🌟 We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification 🎓
  • Have experience working in a school setting 🏫
  • Are confident, proactive, and great with children 😊
  • Have a strong communication and teamwork skills 💬
  • Are committed to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing 💖
