We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic After School Club Leader to run an exciting, feel-good after school provision where children can unwind, explore their interests, and end every school day smiling.
This role is perfect for someone who loves thinking outside the box, enjoys leading activities, and wants real ownership over a programme they can make their own. From arts and games to themed afternoons and creative challenges — you’ll be the spark that turns ordinary afternoons into unforgettable ones.

- Designing and leading a fun, engaging after school programme
- Creating imaginative activities that reflect children’s interests and personalities
- Providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Taking pride in the smooth day-to-day running of the club
