After-School Activities

Enriching Experiences Beyond the Classroom

At Tower College, we believe that learning extends beyond the traditional classroom setting. Our after-school activities programme is designed to provide pupils with opportunities to explore new interests, develop skills, and build lasting friendships in a supportive environment.

EYFS and Lower School Clubs

Nurturing Curiosity and Confidence from the Start

Our EYFS and Lower School after-school clubs provide a dynamic mix of activities tailored to engage and inspire young learners. Children in Lower School can take part in multi-sports clubs, where they enjoy a wide variety of games including dodgeball, rounders, cricket, and football. These sessions help build coordination, teamwork, and a love for physical activity in a fun and friendly environment.

In addition, our gymnastics club encourages children to explore movement in creative ways—building flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Each club is designed to help young pupils grow in confidence, develop social skills, and stay active while having fun.

Middle and Upper School Clubs

Broadening Horizons Through Sport and Creativity

As pupils move into Middle and Upper School, our after-school programme continues to offer diverse opportunities to stay active, learn new skills, and unwind after lessons. Students can choose from a wide range of clubs, including:

  • Football, netball, and rugby – for team-building, tactical development, and sporting excellence
  • Cricket and dodgeball – to enhance agility, precision, and competitive spirit
  • Kinball – a unique, fast-paced team sport that promotes strategic thinking and collaboration
  • Multi-sports – offering a variety of activities to keep pupils engaged and physically fit

These clubs not only foster a lifelong love of sport but also promote leadership, cooperation, and resilience.
