Child-Led Experiences with Purpose
Our enrichment programme follows the same child-centred philosophy that underpins our wider curriculum. Rather than offering a rigid timetable, we build activities around the evolving interests and needs of our children.
We regularly observe what fascinates them and use these “sparks” to plan experiences that are both enjoyable and developmentally enriching. This approach encourages curiosity, concentration, and a deep love of learning from the earliest age.
Enrichment Activities at Tower Tots
Throughout the year, children at Tower Tots enjoy a wide range of engaging activities that stimulate all areas of development. These include:
- Sensory play and messy exploration – Encouraging tactile discovery, imagination and early problem-solving
- Music, movement and dance – Developing rhythm, body awareness and expressive movement
- Cooking and food tasting – Introducing children to a variety of tastes, cultures and shared mealtime traditions
- Celebrating festivals and special days – Including dressing up, themed crafts, cultural stories and family traditions
- Visitor sessions – Welcoming guests from the community, such as storytellers, musicians and animal experiences
- Storytime and book-based learning – Fostering a love of reading, imagination and communication
