Administrative Contacts

Parents are encouraged to contact the school office on office@towercollege.com for instances of lost property and absence through medical appointments with 3 days notice, and illness notification by 9.30 am on the day of each absence. Please email the office to request absence for funerals, religious observance, personal family matters, travel etc. Any changes to home-time collection should be communicated before 2.00 pm where possible.

Teaching Staff

In addition to Parents’ Evenings and school reports, we actively encourage Parents to communicate with Teachers directly regarding matters related to the classroom and learning.

The primary role of our Teachers is the care and education of your children, therefore we would like to outline the response times that you can expect for emails. For emails that do not require a response, staff will not always be able to send an acknowledgement email however all other emails will be responded to within 48 hours where possible.
