What’s Included in Our Fees

Our fees are fully inclusive of everything your child needs throughout their day with us, including:
Freshly prepared, nutritious home-cooked meals, including:
- Breakfast
- Mid-morning snack
- Two-course lunch
- Two-course tea
Extra-curricular classes led by our specialist visiting Spanish teacher (depending on age group)
All essential consumables such as nappies, wet wipes, and milk

How Fees Are Calculated

Fees are calculated on a yearly basis, taking into account any planned nursery closures such as holidays or inset days. This annual total is then divided into twelve equal monthly payments, meaning the same amount is due each month throughout the year, regardless of how many sessions fall within that month.

Payments are required in advance, by the 1st of each month. For example, February’s fees must be paid in full by 1st February to secure your child’s place.

Support with Fees and Funding

We are registered to receive Free Early Education Entitlement (FEEE), which supports eligible families with funded childcare. From September 2025, this includes 30 hours per week of funded early education for children aged 9 months and above during term time. We’re happy to provide more details about how this works during your visit.

We also accept Tax-Free Childcare and childcare vouchers, making it easier for working families to manage the cost of early education. These two government schemes can be applied for through a single online application on the Childcare Choices website.
