Project Description

Parents are able to email the office and senior management for most matters relating to school.

In order for the school to efficiently deal with email requests from parents, we ask that parents:

  • Include their child’s full name and form in the email subject,
  • Email just ONE member of staff per request;
  • Do not email form or subject teachers as they are fully occupied with the children’s care and teaching.
To report lateness or absence for illness

Main Office:

To request a leave of absence for dental/medical appts, external exams in music, dance etc.
Main Office:

To request leave of absence for religious festivals or family occasions that require travel abroad

To request information regarding admissions, withdrawals, references, family situations, dietary needs, complaints etc

To inform us of a family circumstance, parental separation, bereavement or a funeral,

For coach matters – delays, routes, stops, days of use

Upper School:

Friends of Tower College, Breakfast Club or Twilight matters

For all fees account enquiries

For pastoral matters and health matters e.g. allergies, special care needed after injury, medication etc

For contact regarding all enrichment clubs, after-school activities
